Photography and Videography Services
All payments made toward photography and videography services are non-refundable. This includes retainers, partial payments, and final balances. Once services have been rendered, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
Physical Product Orders (Prints, Albums, Canvas, and Other Products)
Due to the custom nature of photography products, all sales are final. We only replace products if they arrive damaged or if you received the wrong image.
Claims must be submitted within 10 days of delivery
Products must be returned in their original condition
Shipping costs are non-refundable
Replacement production may take 2 to 4 weeks
Refused or undeliverable packages will incur a 15% restocking fee plus any return shipping charges. Overpayment refunds, such as missed promo codes, paid via credit or debit card will be refunded to the same card minus a 3% processing fee.
Product Order Deadlines
Prints, albums, canvases, and all other physical products must be ordered within the timeframe specified in your signed contract, typically six months from gallery delivery. Products not ordered within that period are forfeited per your contract terms. Extending your gallery access subscription does not extend this deadline.
Album Design Deadlines
If an album is included in your package, you must submit your image selections within six months of gallery delivery. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the album.
Discounts and Credits
All discounts and product credits expire six months from gallery delivery and have no cash value.
Photo Gallery Access Subscriptions
All gallery access subscription sales are final. No partial refunds are issued if you cancel before the end of your paid billing period. Your access remains active through the end of the period you paid for.
A full refund is only issued if your gallery files are unavailable at the time you initially subscribe. Data loss occurring after your subscription begins does not qualify for a refund.
Important: This online gallery is not a backup. It is provided for viewing, sharing, and downloading your images. You are responsible for downloading and saving your images to your own personal storage as soon as your gallery is delivered. Aaron Alvarez Photography is not responsible for image loss once your gallery has been delivered.
Order Acceptance
Order submission and payment confirmation do not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, pricing error, or miscommunication.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is automatically calculated based on your shipping address and is collected and remitted on behalf of Aaron Alvarez Photography. Applicable taxes will be shown at checkout.
Limitation of Liability
The maximum liability of Aaron Alvarez Photography for any order or service is limited to the amount paid. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. All services are provided as-is, without warranty or guarantee of outcome.
Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in Orange County, CA.
